Clean Lean Fit Food is the first healthy food shop of its kind in St Helens. We opened our doors in 2017 and are vastly becoming one the most fastest growing meal prep companies in the UK. We offer a healthy, delicious alternative to fast-food.

All our meals are made fresh daily using only the best locally sourced ingredients which are ready to cook, refrigerate and perfectly suitable for home freezing.

We are proud to offer completely customised meal preps so whether your looking to lose weight maintain or bulk up we cater for all.

We have a wide variety of meals options and the hardest decision is choosing which is your favorite.

We also now offer Nationwide delivery anywhere in the UK which enables you to choose your meals at the click of a button and have them delivered directly to your home address.

We aim to deliver all our meal preps within just three working days. Orders placed Monday to Wednesday will be delivered within two working days and any orders placed Thursday to Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday! You will receive a one hour delivery time slot from DPD on the day your parcel is due to be delivered.
