Packaging and Delivery

We take great pride ensuring that each meal prep is packaged to the highest standards.

Our packages have been through vigorous testing at DPD health and safety headquarters and met all regulations. If for any reason your delivery does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact the store immediately and do not attempt to consume any of the food within your order! A member of our team will deal with your issue immediately.

Returns and Refunds

Great care as been taken into ensuring that all our meal preps are made to the highest standards. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your meals please do not hesitate to contact our store and your issue will be dealt with on an individual basis!

We do not except liability for any damages to meal preps made in transit. If your parcel is damaged on arrival please do not consume any of the food and contact the store immediately, we can then rise the issue with our local DPD service.
